In the midst of the 2021 pandemic, The Uplands Update was established by Liem Kien Ting as a project to bridge the gap that social distancing had created within our community. The editorial team, comprising Liem Kien Ting as the Editor-in-Chief, and Eliza Ang, Elysse Siau, Timothy Ang and Brooke Wirth as deputy editors, brought together their passions in art, design, and writing.
